How to use solid reagents
(1) Use a clean and dry spoon. The two ends of the medicine spoon are two large and small spoons, a large spoon is used when taking a large amount of solids, and a small spoon is used when taking a small amount of solids. Special key should be used. The used medicine spoon must be washed and dried before use, so as not to contaminate the reagent.
(2) Be careful not to take more reagents. The reagents taken in excess cannot be returned to the original bottle, but can be placed in a designated container for others to use.
(3) When adding a solid reagent to a test tube (especially a wet test tube), you can use a small medicine spoon or put the medicine on a paper strip folded in half, and then extend it into the test tube 2/3, and then put the test tube upright, the medicine can be All fell to the bottom of the test tube. When adding bulk solids, tilt the tube and let it slide down the tube slowly to avoid breaking the bottom of the tube.
(4) If the solid particles are large, they can be ground in a clean and dry mortar. Note that the amount of solids in the mortar should not exceed 1/3 of the mortar capacity.
(5) If a certain quality of solid reagent is used, the solid can be placed in a clean paper, watch glass, small beaker or weighing bottle according to the nature of the solid and the required quality accuracy, and weighed on a bench scale or analytical balance quantity.
(6) Toxic drugs should be taken under the guidance of teachers.
